Rumple Minze is a German-style peppermint schnapps bottled at a potent 100 proof — intensely minty, crisp, and considerably stronger than the average peppermint liqueur.
Where many peppermint schnapps are sweet and low-proof, Rumple Minze pairs a clean, sharp peppermint character with 50% ABV, giving it a cooling rush followed by real warmth. That strength is the appeal: served straight from the freezer it drinks like a cold blast of mint with a spirit-forward backbone.
It is a staple ice-cold shot, especially around the holidays, and a fixture in cold-weather drinks — stirred into hot chocolate, dropped into coffee, or mixed into peppermint cocktails. The bold black label and eagle emblem make it easy to spot on the back bar.
